Applications for our Give Play program for 2021 summer camps and nature programs are now available.
Give Play is an initiative funded by the City of Oaks Foundation and supported by the City of Raleigh Parks Recreation and Cultural Resources Department. (More information is available on our “Programs” Page).
Children and teens ages 5-14 are invited to apply for financial aid to attend nature and outdoor themed summer camps at locations around the city, including
1. Greystone Recreation Center
2. Glen Eden Pilot Park
3. Marsh Creek Park
4. Optimist Park Community Center
5. Kiwanis Neighborhood Center
6. Barwell Road Community Center
7. Carolina Pines Community Center
8. Green Road Community Center
9. Forest Ridge Park
10. Pullen Arts Center
How to Apply
Camps will be awarded based on the financial need of the applicant, availability of funds, and/or availability of spaces in eligible camps.
Completed applications can be:

Dropped off at one of the following Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources location between 8:30 a.m. and 5:15 p.m. Monday-Friday

Campers who are awarded financial assistance will not be charged for camp, however, there is a $10 deposit required, which will be refunded upon completion of the camp week.
