The City of Oaks Foundation is sponsoring a fun family nature program with three different kinds of owls, bats, a hawk, and old vulture named Snoopy!  Take a tour of different stations to learn about each bird or animal, and enjoy other activities for kids and adults spread over the Joslin Gardens property.

Your voluntary donations will support the American Wildlife Refuge, who rescue, take care of, and release these birds. There is no set ticket price, but all who attend are encouraged to give. Sponsorship opportunities are also available.

Please note: This is an outdoor event, with unlevel surfaces and natural trails. Some areas may be inaccessible to guests with limited mobility.

No, this event is intended to be child-friendly.

This is a residential neighborhood. Where do I park?

Please park on W. Lake Drive on the side of the road away from the neighbors's houses. Parking is not permitted in the drive way.

What can I bring into the event? Can I bring my pet?

Pets are not permitted at this event due to insurance concerns and because of the other live animals on the property. You may bring your own food and drink, folding chairs, or blankets.

Is photography permitted?

Yes, photography is permitted. Please be respectful of others.

What's the refund policy?

Tickets are not required, but the event is intended to raise funds to support the rescue and rehabilitation of these animals and birds. Voluntary donations made via EventBrite may be refunded up to one day before the event per EventBrite's policies.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No. However, anyone bringing their ticket will receive a free goody-bag from the City of Oaks Foundation.
